Mirjana Nikolic, PMI-PMO-CP, PMI-OTO, serves as Director for Membership on the PMI Serbia Chapter Board of Directors, leading membership and volunteer engagement initiatives with a human-centric approach to community building.
With over 15 years of experience in business, digital, and organizational transformation, she has led complex strategic programmes and portfolios across oil & gas (Petroleum Industry of Serbia), telecommunications (Yettel Serbia), media, IT, and government (Wireless Media Group). Her expertise spans strategic delivery, innovation, technology, and public sector digitalisation - including e-government and citizen engagement platforms. Mirjana has established and led PMOs and TMOs, championing process excellence and organizational change. She brings extensive experience in international cross-functional team leadership, EU project management, fundraising, and grant coordination.
