Krzysztof Ogonowski

Krzysztof Ogonowski is President of Silfra Consulting and a leading expert in business transformation across Poland and Europe. With nearly 25 years of experience in digital, organizational, and process change, he has worked across finance, energy, telecommunications, utilities, construction, and pharma sectors.
As co-founder of PMI Poland Chapter and the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), and a Prosci Change Management Advanced Instructor, he is deeply embedded in global project and change management networks. He has taught strategy, project, and change management for over 25 years at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and various MBA programmes. Krzysztof is a regular speaker at conferences across Europe, Asia, and the USA.
