Over 20 years of managerial experience, Mark is experienced in international projects in the area of large scale roll-out of fixed telephony and CATV networks in Poland (Netia, UPC). Mark currently leads the „Smart Power Grids Consortium - Poland“ established by the University of Technology in Wroclaw performing R & D projects focused eg. on elimination of the Risks associated with the occurrence of network congestion. Mark is an author of several articles related to security by-design and by-default of smart grid technologies and. Mark received his Master’s degree in Communication Science from the University of Technology in Katowice (1983), then completed his postgraduate studies (1994) at the Faculty of Law at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
