Peter Rybár studied Information Systems Engineering at the Faculty of Management Science and Informatics. In 1998 he graduated and he started his career in the IT industry by managing several projects such as software for the document and communication protection.
Biografia
He is the author of several crypto libraries used in PKI applications like QES creation and validation, CA for mobile devices and also the author of ELPI and LockIt freeware applications for encryption and signature creation. Since 2005 he is responsible for standardization and coordination of electronic signature usage in national and international projects at the National Security Authority and he is an active member of the Slovak Standards Institute (SUTN) and International and European standards organizations (ISO, CEN and ETSI) of standards for Electronic Signatures and Infrastructures.
