Recent Experience (2007 - Current: Technology Consultant)
During the last years I have been instrumental in setting up a service transition and delivery team for Managed (outsourced) Mobility Services (PDAs and BlackBerries) in HP and worked at standardization of design, implementation and delivery processes for multiple customers. A Mobility project engages multiple infrastructure towers such as Network, BackOffice (email, database), Firewall, Desktop and requires establishing processes for service desk, support (both remote and onsite), purchasing, server and application management etc. Transformation requires management of the project time line, the resources and the allowed budget. As a senior outsourcing consultant I am very familiar with project management, ITIL, service delivery standards, solution architecting, team work and team leading and process frameworks.
