Holding different degrees and certifications in the area of project and requirements management he works for over 6 years for next level consulting in Austria as a consultant, coach and trainer.
Next to predictive project management approaches he tried out and adopted several agile methods and practices since 1999 in multiple organizational and project specific environments.
In the last years Egon consulted mainly companies and corporations in finding the right “mix” of different project/program management approaches for the specific organizational and cultural environment. As an agile coach he accompanies organizations and within agile transition projects on organizational and team level.
